Whying offers FREE standard shipping in the contiguous United States with the exception of Alaska and Hawaii. At this time, we do not ship internationally.


We do not ship to freight forwarder addresses. We are unable to ship to PO Box and military addresses. 

It takes us 3-5 business days to process an order; upon verification and approval of payment and delivery details.


All orders are shipped on business days (Monday to Friday) excluding holidays. Once your order has been processed and shipped out, we will send you an email with a

tracking number.

The estimated transit timeframe for order delivery after it has been shipped is approximately 3-10 business days. All orders ship from New York.


We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit and debit cards.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks or money orders.

 Domestic orders require a verified U.S. billing address. Whying reserves the right to cancel orders that do not meet these conditions. 

We are committed to fulfilling all orders completely and without delay, however, please note orders’ arrival dates cannot be guaranteed as the volume of orders, postal mishandling and technical malfunctions could have an influence. 


If for any reason we are unable to fulfill the order due to availability, you will be notified within 1-3 business days.

If you decide to cancel or modify your order please write to us at as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.

Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You will have to process a return.

Please note, if a WHYING account is created after placing an order, the order will not appear in your dashboard. We are also unable to link the order to a new account. Only orders placed with a WHYING account will appear in your account. If you place an order as a guest, you will still receive a shipping notification with a tracking number.


It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address is entered correctly. If the wrong shipping address is provided, please contact us at immediately and we will do our best to correct/change the address of your order (but cannot guarantee the change).

Whying is not responsible for packages delayed or lost in transit. Once the package has been scanned, responsibility for the shipment lies with the courier. If you experience a delay or issue with your shipment, please contact the courier that has been provided to you directly.

COVID-19: Due to the lock-down, all orders have a 6-8 day shipping delay.
