RETURNS

Not digging it? Please try out your garment for fit. If you are unhappy or not satisfied with an item for any reason please write to us at sales@whying.com within 2 weeks of receiving item for a return authorization.

The item can be exchanged or returned ONLY if it is unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unstained and unused with all original tags attached.

 

The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. We can provide a prepaid label for $10 or you can use a carrier of your choice.

Exchanges for different products or sizes are welcome - please email us first for eligibility and product availability. Exchanges will be processed once we have received the original item.

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the merchandise does not meet our standards.

Once approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card (or original method of payment).

 

Depending on your bank, it may take several days for your refund to be reflected on your account.

All return packages are the responsibility of the customer until it reaches us.
